I'm in the same situation, Uk company and resident in the EU, and Wise asked where I do business.. Is it possible they freeze the account after the answer? The Uk address is a letterbox, they have a co-working space too.

Where do you guys buy paperworks? In EU it was difficult.. Last year nobody asks papers so didn't bother. But annonying that US, Indonesia still have restrictions.

It's not about their wallets which are empty.. It's about fraud that has happened, so all companies linked to Bankman should be liquidated (illiquid assets, properties etc), and remaining of funds should be returned to users. Same here, I had about $25k there used for algorithms etc.. VERY VERY bad timing.. We should all gather for courts.. This will take at least 1-2 years :-(

Actually, you can prepare the excel manually. Then you can use an MTD bridge software, to submit the excel. I wonder, if they have direct access to the bank account info, or is just the information provided in the excel (which by the way, has to be in a specific format, prepared by an accountant)

For Uk Ltd.s, since April 2022, it's obligatory to provide VAT tax declarations digitally (an excel that contains all transactions in a specific format, or connect the software directly to your bank). What does this mean? More control for transactions (nature of revenues and expenses)? Curious...

Yes for the non-dom, but my question was for a 'normal' residency (more than 6 months), which is not a non-dom..

So actually is it true that residents in Cyprus (>6 months) have to pay 17% military tax on dividends? (After the 12.5% corporate tax is extracted, on net profit). Even if they are not citizens and have not a Cypriot passport?
