    @The Kingdom wants 4,000€ for the application fee, that's too much for me. nbdominica might work, but the application process is quite complicated. I guess, my best option, would be to travel to Dominica and open the bank account there, then use the money to pay for a very nice vacation.

    I have $4,000 USD locked in one of my Adsense accounts and because the account was setup in Dominica at the time I can only withdraw it to a Dominican Bank account that supports USD. What are my options?
