Is it legal to use a foundation as the beneficiary of the corporation to legally avoid not reporting tax? On the surface it makes sense since you are not the owner, but only an advisor of the foundation with no beneficial interest. This seems legit, what do you think? Would you trust this...

Would Twilio work for you? It's only $1 to use to get a local number and you can do SMS. I don't know if it works for verification but I would look into it.

OCI seems very legit. I spoke to their guy and probably the most knowledgeable person I've spoken to about issues. I just don't know his execution speed as I haven't used him. But as far as info they are the best I've ever found myself.

Yes I can receive wires from any bank but these banks are the only ones that will take me without having to travel for my offshore corp.

I guess I'm looking for the bank with the least chance of closing down because of the size of their balance sheet and their debt ratios are best.
