Netherlands no tax on trading besides NAV tax?

The bit about 26.9% I didn't know about. Because we are actually in Bermuda right now, we've been here since December. We got the digital one year visa, but we've set up an LLC, we have a Dutch BV, and a Dutch VOF, which we think we dissolve and put into the Dutch BV. We've stayed because I...

Netherlands no tax on trading besides NAV tax?

The idea is to un-resident ourselves without selling our house, and still having some economic ties in NL, but having more economic ties elsewhere. So, if anyone could recommend a tax planner -advisor.

Netherlands no tax on trading besides NAV tax?

I'd be looking for tax planning advice for Dutch resident with BV and an offshore LLC... This is a 'planning' question to see which income sources we could offshore for our business model. We also have residency in Bermuda. Tips are welcome.

The correct approach is RESIDENT BASED TAXATION, and your resident country is responsible for monitoring for money laundering of their residents. Any other plan is double jeopardy and a hot mess if you extrapolate it out.

I understand all of that. And agree. It affects anyone with a US parent because of birthright citizenship. I've been on this for several years, and I do see a slight shift for things to change. As far as the Dems vs. Republicans, both are equal in their blame. RO went around for the last...

    Offshore Banks Accepting Americans

For those Americans suffering, and that is every American who is a member of this forum, there is some small movements going on that are worth noting. For the first time, that I've seen, in more than 5 years, there is finally non-partisan cooperation for lobbying DC to untangle this mess. For...
