Beckham Law Spain: Is it valid for online entrepreneurs?

Alright, thanks for the info, I guess I'll pass. Damn, there is nothing left in Europe, tax benefits related for small and medium entrepreneurs.

Beckham Law Spain: Is it valid for online entrepreneurs?

Let's say you are a EU citizen who never lived in Spain before and runs an online business remotely from home. Does the Beckham law apply in such scenario to minimise your personal income tax to zero percent, or is it only valid for people who move to Spain who are actually hired/working for a...

Are the UK tax authorities aggressive? (regarding Andrew Tate)

Dude literally made $50+ Millions in the past 2 years alone. The Tax department is just going after the previous earnings. If Tates didn't become so politic and famous, they probably would never be caught (or caught in the next 5-10 years) regarding this matter. What does that say about the...

Best EU residency for low income tax?

Wouldn't it be better to simply get paid that salary into your own UAE personal account and then spend that money in the country you live in? (e.g: Estonia). Without creating another company in the local residency country which creates further complications and extra accounting costs.

Estonia Corporate Rules: Can this Tax structure work?

Well the center of "vital interest" would be Estonia I presume? since I'd be moving my kids, my wife, my dogs there and live there 8-9 months out of the year. I can't jet skiing around the world with 2 kids and 3 dogs and a moany wife, it's extremely time draining and expensive hence I'm...

Estonia Corporate Rules: Can this Tax structure work?

How can you avoid Estonia Tax residency if you spend 8-9 months a year in Estonia? Either way I'm happy to pay 20% income tax on a 100,000 Euro salary for a couple of years and keep all my profits within my company and reinvest them, then when I move out of Estonia, business as usual with my...

Talking about Poland and Going to Jail for 50 Dollar Printer at Home...

Well I guess this put Poland out of place as a place to live. Would Serbia or Bulgaria be any better or worse?

Best EU residency for low income tax?

Poland was one of my choices until I read this. Are you serious? I guess for just 2 years of EU residency I can keep my UAE company and earn a salary from there and pay my due personal income taxes without having to set up another EU company. Then after the 2 years I can go back to Dubai and...

Best EU residency for low income tax?

The life I want is living on the beach in a massive mansion, with people who understand English, high quality services, no immigrants, clean and safe for families. I can't afford to live in Monaco yet so I'm going to make some sacrifices for now, but at the same time I don't want to move to...
