Can you ellaborate on the defraud part ? I will look into CEX.io. At the moment Revolut gives me weird signs, they first tell me its against the TOS, once I mention it is not then they take their time and say yes its ok for some exchanges but we will not say which exchanges. So its not my first...

Actually, the first point is not correct. The partner is not liable. Only "omorithmos" partner is liable. "Etterorithmos" partner is not liable in an EE. You can thus put a person you trust as "eteros" without worrying. What most people do though is that they are themselves "eteros" and they...

OE, EE accounting costs are 200 euro/month and below (for your needs since it seems you wont invoice much). "teli epiditeumatos sucks". I think that the partner doesn't need to pay social contributions. Finally, I am 100% that there is no dividend tax for such companies. For 100k annually this...

Getting a partner is simple, you just give someone you trust 0.1% of the company. It also has much lower expenses compared to IKE. These type of companies do have liability in contrast to an llc and this is why there is no need for dividends. I am really not able to answer the US LLC question...

I have no answer to the above, you should consult with an accountant an a lawyer. Honestly, you can just open one "etterorithmi etairia" pay 22% tax without paying any dividend tax since you own all the money. This will be **CHEAPER** than incorporating in the UK.

Dividends will be taxed in the rate of 15% since there is not an agreement with Delaware for example. Another issue is that cfc will kick in for such an entity. Most people open their companies in Cyprus, Bulgaria and Estonia if not Greece so I am not sure what would happen in case of the Uk...

You can open an LLC, "ΙΚΕ", with an effective taxation of 22%. The table above refers to self-employed people and is only worth it if you make less than 50k annually. Seems like the first thing you need to do is understand your options within the country and then look to incorporate abroad...

Generally in Greece. As long as you have something reasonable though (within EU) with CIT above 11%.

At the moment there are no challenges by local agency. With that being said paying 19% and tax evade vs paying 22% and not tax evade doesn't sound very wise to me. Especially, when you will have local clients

What's the benefit of having UK ltd when a Greek similar company only has 3% more corp tax ? This seems like a bad decision except if you do something shady.

    Crypto payments & banking

Wouldn't I get in trouble when I convert crypto to fiat in a cex and then send to wise ? I don't really want to hold any crypto, so the plan is to convert crypto to fiat frequently. Well yes but I will have the issue mentioned above, crypto to fiat will be from a cex and this will cause...

Hi guys, I launched my Software llc recently located in EU. My company builds and distributes a crypto defi trading software (no license required, we don't handle user funds). Payments will happen through crypto and I was wondering if you know of any bank that can support my company. I am open...
