Im planning to setup an offshore company in Seychelles or Samoa. Which banks/EMI have inbound & outbound SWIFT/wire transfers in $CNY or $HKD and also crypto friendly? By affordable I mean low transfer fees (< 10$ or < 0.5%).

My clients are totally ok with paying crypto or fiat to offshore company (and in fact they have offshore companies too). And thats the point my company should be tax resident in offshore jurisdiction, so I only pay personal income tax.

Any info on receiving crypto payments in these jurisdictions? AFAIK Seychelles, Marshall and Belize require substance now. Samoa looks good btw
