First time CIM tried to tell me that payments to WISE will not go was in March 2023,. That time we solved the issue and now again.

Never had problems/questions with business transfer from CIM to WISE until last Friday, and the problem came from CIM, not from WISE. Do you have any ideas why WISE would block the transfers to CIM?

Hi, today received the letter from so called "Director" of CIM bank Uliana GLINSKAYA that CIM bank does not work with WISE anymore "Yes, you are correct, as per our internal policy, we no longer work with WISE." has anybody heard about it already?

Begining of March CIM rejected transfer to own account in Wise. Manager said bank's policy and there would be no official letter. I sent request to general customer service via site. They said never heard about such policies. In the end CIM asked for bank statement from wise and payments resumed.

I wiould not be that sure about it. Definitely UAE banks have issues with payments from Belarus, depends from what banks and companies. It is always very convinient to say that the problem is in the correspondence banks you bear no responsibility.
