    Renewal of Hong Kong company

Have you been actively using the company in that time? There are so many accountants in Hong Kong that you'll easily be able to find a service for your needs and budget. And yes, you do need to keep accurate records.

Hong Kong Ltd VS US Ltd VS UK Ltd

Salary is a completely different issue. I was just referring to CIT.

Hong Kong Ltd VS US Ltd VS UK Ltd

It's a bit hit or miss, but HK do expect you to have paid tax where you are managing the company from. Whether they ask for proof is another matter though. I've heard of people in my network who got the exemption with very little effort/supporting documentation, and others who had to show that...

Does Singapore report your real estate there to your home country?

    It's actually 60% now, as @Konstanz mentioned.

Breaking News! The Battle for Truth: OffshoreCorpTalk vs Hamilton Reserve Bank

But then you'd be doxxed @JohnnyDoe ! Regardless, keen to see how this plays out. HRB sound like right wankers and to be avoided at all costs..

HK Company - Sole Director/Owner: Pay myself in dividends?

I know of Stephen Barnes (HK Visa Geeza), yes. A close friend of mine managed to do it in 2011 with just $180,000 HKD (and that money he borrowed from friends!).

HK Company - Sole Director/Owner: Pay myself in dividends?

You just need to show three months worth of bank statements. After you're issued the visa, you can withdraw the money.

HK Company - Sole Director/Owner: Pay myself in dividends?

When I did it back in 2013, I got away with only having $500,000 HKD in the business. Nowadays it's highly recommended that you have at least $1M HKD in the business, and about the same amount in a personal account.

Almost a year. Their debit cards have annual spending limits, which is a bit annoying, hence why I mostly use Airwallex nowadays. Apart from that, the accounts work just fine.

How taxmen chase directors of offshore companies in France

I'm also looking at pulling the trigger on one of these within the next 3-4 months.

I mostly use Airwallex now, as their virtual cards are better than Statrys (Statrys have annual spending limits - WTF!). But I have done some sizeable transfers with Statrys. No issue at all. I've had several accounts with Statrys for almost a year now.

You can always ask them (they respond quickly). However, I would say it's unlikely, as I know they're refused accounts for HK companies that have customers in the UAE.

6 figure USD amounts. No issues for the most part. My card was not accepted with a couple of vendors for some reason. There's also a $600K HKD limit per card (per year I think), which is a bit annoying (you can't have multiple cards under a single name unfortunately) because I'd blow through...

    Navalny is no more ;)

Exactly! Navalny shall not be missed one iota. He's worse than Putin, and that's saying something!
