    AAA European banks

If it's specifically banks you are looking into you can just arrange them by asset worth to get a good idea: https://www.relbanks.com/top-european-banks/assets The quality of services is of course another thing entirely.

Bank/Emi for EU companies with USSR owner

Last I checked USSR was dissolved for quite a while. An interesting way of putting things :D

Looking for PSPs for Trading Education website

I would doubt that more prominent ones like Transferwise, Paysera, Revolut would accept you, so I would suggest contacting some who deal specifically with high risk merchants E.g Globalnetint, Connect Pay, Pervesk and many others. What services are you looking for specifically?

I could even bet that they will soon be changed to video ID as that is much harder to forge.

Which Payment System give EUR IBAN for Crypto related Payments online?

A couple good crypto friendly solutions are Globalnetint and Pervesk. Both Lithuanian EMI's with crypto within their risk appetite. Pervesk seems a bit more user friendly, but they have past infractions from the central Bank, while Globalnetint has a less user friendly system and a bit of more...

Why don't you join forces and start your own EMI

Gotcha. Keep us updated how Globalnetint responds if that is any better.

Why don't you join forces and start your own EMI

Cool, could you give us a broader outlook of what the offers were like, what are the steps and prices involved and what was the unproffesional part from both Pervesk and Globalnetint?

found new EMI - any feedbacks?

Stay away from Zangpay. I've had a connection, who mentioned they got scammed with them. They do not have any normal procedures and are simply giving the same IBAN to all their customers, loading up on their money and then just ceasing communication and transfering the money elsewhere.

Why don't you join forces and start your own EMI

Hey, Paul, As an alternative to Railsbank as I mentioned you can try and get in touch with Globalnetint. I know they offer some sort of Whitelabel solution as well and have quite a few agents set up already: https://www.lb.lt/en/sfi-financial-market-participants/globalnetint-uab

    jurisdiction for crypto trading

Estonia is one of the more crypto - friendly jurisdictions and the company setup there is comparably easy. That being said, if you do not plan on getting client investments, there is some hassle involved, such as having a board member in Estonia, office rent, etc. But it is one of the better...

TechCrunch ist jetzt Teil von Verizon Media I would not say that they are untrustworthy overall, but compared with some other larger EMI's they seem to have gotten a bit more "attention" from regulator entities.

Why don't you join forces and start your own EMI

For an EMI that stands true, especially if you do not have a ton of previous experience. But for the EMI agent whitelabels I indeed know of some who were fully setup and active within a few months.

Why don't you join forces and start your own EMI

Fully agree with you, but for businesses it's a clear risk/reward factor. As you mentioned Kongo if lets say 50% or 20% of transactions are fraudulent, then it becomes a bad business strategy and thus you cut of your actual good customers from those regions. Regarding banks it's similar. MLRO...

Yeah, seems I missed on some big news about the new investigiations, so that is indeed not a good example at least for now. Good call.
