what I've been doing for a good while now: convert BTC into PAX (I use Binance for that) send PAX to Paxos and order a wire to your TW USD account. so far I've done this for close to 50k usd in about 4 months. no questions asked so far!

Im using USGFX doing with Perfect Money was cheap (since I got a nice premium - over 3%) and a lot faster since it did not involve a bank account. I did my deposits in batches of maximum 10k usd, didn't had a single issue.
