Nothing that’s being sold is a secret this is all fine to be documented including proof or purchasing etc. However as previously mentioned the other party ( buyer ) wants to remain anonymous and does not want to or feel comfortable supplying passport/ ID to someone.

The issue with escrow.com is they require full identity and passport details, address details on both parties
