If they advertise it then it's not true. Seems they try to fool you into their business! If they are too cheap stay away unless you are a lawyer and know what you need to have done and what documents to expect. They will cheat you.

How can we be sure that it is included in the package when ordering a offshore Company? most of them have online ordering system that claim all is included and when you get the package some important incorporation documents are missing or they charge extra for delivery of them.

Why are all these offshore jurisdiction make it so complicated to register a Company there? Don't they make Money any longer to have many Companies registered there?

You could consider to setup a regular UK Company for your services that would look most legit. Otherwise if you have Money you can setup a Company in Switzerland or Luxembourg that would look cool for a consultancy firm I think.

So what you think is a Cyprus bank account safe or least safe as most offshore accounts or is it regular bank account?
