I have a similar story with another provider called dccpayments.com / gateway-services.com . The odd thing is there is a psp that's common to both my scammers and ipaytotal ... should I share here or make another thread ? @Admin

I registered here just to answer this. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I contacted them for an account I felt something was wrong so I negotiated paying only 50% downpayment for the setup fee because I really needed a high risk merchant. Guess what. 2 months later they aren't even responding to emails anymore.
