It isn't illegal when a offshore company holds the shares in an onshore company as I remember.

What isn't clear with this question, he want a company offshore and don't pay tax.

I see HOng Kong listed on top 5 countries for "easy business doing" in regards to tax reporting and forming of companies. It was a report from the WorldBank I don't believe they count offshore jurisdictions like Seychelles, Belize and BVI where accounting is not a requirement :)

This seems to be interesting. I will have to get some sort of advise from my current lawyer to ask if he may know more.

I need to know what people say when you show them to invoice a Seychelles company for any sort of trading you by from them they buy from you or visa versa? The offer for a Seychelles company incorporation is very attractive to me but Im questioning what my business partners will say and think! :)
