I consider to hide my identity from the authorities and hide behind a shell company. Is it true that if I buy a ready-made / shell company say in St. Kitts or Nevis I don't have to provide any of my personal information and can hide myself behind this entity?

I have already a business PayPal account but I found a few customers telling me that they want to pay by Visa or MasterCard directly rather than PP! I looked into the options for me to provide this and found stripe as well as 2checkout. I can use 2co to accept credit cards and PP with one API...

I would also say.. figure out what the requirements are to get an BVI offshore company, check if you can get all the documents required and if possible it's still an great offshore jurisdiction to incorporate your business!

There can be tax reasons for why you want to incorporate your business as an BRANCH in the Netherlands.

For people in Romania Cyprus or Belize offshore banking is great. You won't have troubles to get an account there and it makes live and your business much easier!
