I am not sure about the question. Do you want to use US bank for verification? If not then I think there are other ways that you can use to have a verified account from PayPal

It has no issues with echeck the only problem is that echeck transfers might take sometime to clear. In most cases it is 3 days. So if you need instant payment then you might want to consider paying in the normal way.

You can use Payoneer. It is a new company but has managed to get a lot of users in a short time.

PayPal is safe when you are doing online transactions that is why more and more people are using it to hide their identity and any bank details. I use it all the time to do any online transactions.

It is the sender who gets charged. The trnasaction fee actually varies depending on the amount you are transferring. I am not sure of the percentage.

You can still receive money from other people. The credit card is used so that you can be able to withdraw your money from the site. If you can link your bank or credit card, then be sure to have no issues.
