We just have to wait what the report will say end of July. I am also an opt out customer and cashing a USD cheque in the Netherlands is IMPOSSIBLE. Useless paper. So in case this is the solution I will not agree with this and will ask the receiver to wire the money.

That would be a disaster. In the Netherlands no bank will accept a cheque in dollars to cash in.
