I would like to learn about a serious company that can handle the registration of a company there, no one knows anyone or don't want to tell?

What do you mean with nominee service? what about signing contracts and providing DD documents when buying the company? The company I want to buy is located in France, where would you say I should setup the company for maximal privacy?

I'm round for some time looking only. What I look for is a company, new registered not used before and which I can use to buy a competitor in my market. What is the best way to do so? The company has no use after the deal, this is what you fellows call short term I think.
