Thanks for the response. I noticed a few things. If I use Gibraltar bank, the Amazon conversion will be 1.5% for their conversion service as stated here: ACCS. Secondly, I noticed Airwallex accepts Seychelles IBC, so that could be an alternative to Gibraltar, unless you know any problems with that.
