Not all, they are still able to do Target 2 transfers. But it takes very long time to execute the payment once you order it. At the moment I can only speculate on why there are such big delays. That's why I was asking for any updates if someone may know something else.

Transactive Systems UAB https://www.transactiveltd.com/ All recent payments made thru their SEPA correspondent “transaction systems” have now bounced back. It seems that they are cut off.
