Question HK Company - Using business account for flights, hotels, etc.?

Thats the question…I am not sure how they strict they are. Could be possible they ask for evidence for all kinda things, but could also be possible they dont care and just need to hand in the invoice. Usually I would like to ask this to my accountant, but I dont wanna make a strange impression...

Question Good EMI for HONG Kong based Corporation?

I did exactly this. At the moment Neat is sufficient for me. If the business grows, etc. I will probably switch to HSBC or any other bank.

Question HK Company - Using business account for flights, hotels, etc.?

Hi, I incorporated a Hong Kong company last year and I am wondering how strict the HK govt. is when it comes to using the business money for buying flights, rental cars, hotels, etc. Can I just go on and book flights and hotels for my holiday, etc., or do I need to prove it is a business trip...

Question Good EMI for HONG Kong based Corporation?

Hi, I am with Neat HK for about one year. Never had any bad experience with them so far. Opening a business account was quite easy as well. Btw. Neat themselves are using the DBS bank, so basically you get a virtual DBS bank account registered with Neat.

Hi, I am also in Thailand and have a Hong Kong company. Paypal, Stripe (Credit Card), Crypto, etc. all of this work with a HK company.

    Countries with Digital Nomad Visa

This is particular for freelancers? I mean, you could incorporate a company, get some connections and apply for a business visa somewhere. For the list: I can't recommend Germany. A lot of bureaucracy, high taxes, high rental costs (unless you wanna stay in the countryside or small cities).

Question Thinking about incorporating in Hong Kong

Hi, first of all, thanks for your reply. Basically, I incorporate to receive the money I make from ad networks such as Adsense, Facebook, Unity and some other networks. I can decide how often they are going to pay me, so I can keep the number of transactions low if I want to. From what Neat...

    Are you making money online?

No, you didn't. You made a double post and in your second post you placed an outgoing link. Probably want to use this website for link building? But don't worry, the link is no-follow, so won't pass link juice anyway.

Question Thinking about incorporating in Hong Kong

Can someone else go along with the info above? From what I know I can apply the tax exemption status two years after incorporation, until then I would need to pay the 8,25% profit tax (until I hit the limit) anyway for corporate tax, no matter where I live, I don't necessarily need a HK visa to...

Question Thinking about incorporating in Hong Kong

I mean not resident visa, but business/work visa. For example, if I deal with chinese suppliers/manufactures it shouldn't be a problem to apply for a business visa since I am working with chinese companies, right? You mean if I apply for visa in HK they me to pay income tax in HK? Otherwise I...

Question Thinking about incorporating in Hong Kong

Hi guys, I have been playing with the thought of incorporating a limited in Hong Kong for a while. Normally I am from Germany and the equivalent would be a GmbH. However, to make one 12.500€ would be required in the beginning and besides this there are higher taxes, more paperwork and more...
