I contacted transfer wise and they said i cant deposit using someones else debit card. So thats a problem too

Hello guys, I would like to know if anyone here knows of a bank that is willing to open a bank account and give a debit card to a foreigner without being present in person. The maximum I could possibly do is provide a passport and proof of residency where I live. Do you guys know of any of these?
