    Cyprus does take time... if you are starting a large business it might be worth going to Cyprus and opening one rather than waiting based in what ever country you are from.

    I don't think they will accept you in Marshall Islands... best trying other offshore tax heavens like the Isle of white or Panama as they are more relaxed.

    Tax Heavens are countries that offer a 0% tax rate aswell as of shire banking. An example to Panama. Recently there was a big scandal in The UK with it being reviewed that David Cameron late father having an offshore bank account and avoiding tax on many millions of pounds.
