Not sure why you used genocide. If you consider Chile, you can apply for visa and get visa in process document. I have used it here and there, Swissquote and Dukascopy accepted it. That’s just a couple of months

Update: I got swissquote virtual card, so I assume I can get their plastic cards too. At least I can pay for online services with it. Unfortunately, it can't be added to Apple Pay. Also, if used with Apple it can only work in Swiss App Store.

I received advcash UnionPay only to find out it’s pretty useless in Chile. I can pay with it on Amazon, Uber, and some small vendors. I gonna try Schwab international and get their debit card
