I got explained that as long as it isn't a EU entity that opens a bank account in Cyprus you have great level of protection. So Seychelles company would be a good alternative to open a business account in Cyprus... not sure..
not sure how it is in the UK, but if you consult a local tax adviser you may figure out that there may be tax benefits if you buy property as a company...for instant in Scandinavia there is some tax benefit :)

I want to open an offshore bank account which is not located in the major offshore jurisdictions like Seychelles, Cyprus, Panama, Belize and Mauritius! Where is it possible to open bank accounts...
ahhh, so I can use a nominee to sign documents on behalf of the company. Tell me, will I need nominee shareholder also? Can I only have nominees for Seychelles company?
