I got explained that as long as it isn't a EU entity that opens a bank account in Cyprus you have great level of protection. So Seychelles company would be a good alternative to open a business account in Cyprus... not sure..

Useful information, so if someone still has aprox. 500k available it is still good to open a swiss bank account.

Why would some want accounting for an offshore company?

not sure how it is in the UK, but if you consult a local tax adviser you may figure out that there may be tax benefits if you buy property as a company...for instant in Scandinavia there is some tax benefit :)

Hello, I see this question posted various times on this forum but no thread fit my qeustion! I want to open an offshore bank account which is not located in the major offshore jurisdictions like Seychelles, Cyprus, Panama, Belize and Mauritius! Where is it possible to open bank accounts...

When I only show on the price I would take a Seychelles and not a Cyprus company. I don't know what is best.

For me seems Seychelles company to be the better option.

ahhh, so I can use a nominee to sign documents on behalf of the company. Tell me, will I need nominee shareholder also? Can I only have nominees for Seychelles company?
