Your LLC in the US is not affected by the asset protection laws in Nevis, for this you need to set up a Nevis LLC and transact through it. Your US LLC can be pierced as easily as any other US LLC. Even though the US is not part of CRS many banks might be part of CRS and may easily report you.

Just relax, it will be in stricke off eventually and you can forget about it.
