Just to be fair, all payments went through 1st week of January. Thanks to Oleg, he's been great help, very polite and efficient service. We look forward to Sterling be working smooth ASAP, especially when they will start opening ATM cards.

In our case 3 payments starting from beginning of November are still stuck. Always same reply "Please be assured that Sterling team is aware of your payment orders and they are going to be executed in the coming weeks" gets now annoying. Now soon to be 2 MONTHS, not few WEEKS!

They are saying they changed corresponding bank to another one. Hope it will be better.

Well, there is option to 'make outgoing payment', I presume it should work somehow. We are more interested in their long awaited cards :))

Just to update, their service team helped me to log in to the online banking. All good so far, they've been great help.
