I had a Belize company which I closed and not I opened a Seychelles company which Im very happy with.

Well I didn't counted them yet.. estimate would be 400 invoices Just a fiscal report which is audited is fine. Can you do that? if so, what are the costs?

Most often it is the onshore company that makes the complications and not the offshore company, the latter is the reason for why a offshore company can make things so much easier.

How comes no one can help to open a Swiss bank account for account holders with a min. balance of just EUR 10k or 20K ? If this bank has 200 or 500 customers the sum of all this may be worth a business or not?

It is the wrong way to look... You may want to construct your offshore company and offshore banking in a way it isn't illegal or considered tax evasion ;)

We need more details in order to suggest any offshore investment bank that may suite your needs.
