Hello everyone,
1. Seychelles is on Blacklist, can we still distribute dividends to Cyprus Non Dom Residents? any experiences? personal Accounts would be Revolut or Wise
2. Seychelles IBC sends also funds to a Cyprus Ltd. on a regular basis
3. My accountant in Cyprus said problems can arise...
Which country would fit the criteria:
-Territorial tax or taxfree
-No CFC Rules
-No mimimum stay or very little mimimum stay required
-Tax certificate easily available
Because no or little days would be spend in the country a good price-performance ratio would be preffered.
I dont want to open a trust.
I just want for my US LLC a manager.
I just want to operate with more anonymity with my US LLC.
Maybe i said wrong that i need a trustee and i need a nominee?
If the trustee/nominee has already an ITIN it would be preferred.
Budget: 500€
My residency: Cyprus
Citizenship: German
The LLC is incorporated in Florida
You have to keep in mind that a Visa is not needed for a residence for compliance reasons (Utility bill + Tax id).
Its only a residency to be compliant with banks and not to actual live there.
I am looking for a residency for compliance reasons.
Formed a US LLC in Florida as non US resident.
-I still have a Yellowslip from Cyprus but sold my shares in the Cyprus company to other remaining shareholders.
-Tax ID from Cyprus is still available
-Can I get a utility bill now to show...
Good point :)
So far i am only working as a freelancer any make around 60k/year.
I get your point but a Cyprus company does not make sense, there are better options in that case.
I have ties to Cyprus and know that a company would cost around 1.5k + 350€ annual levy + 300-400€ quaterly accounting fees + 2.5k for a yearly audit + 12.5% CIT + 2.65% on Dividend Distributions + in my case a local director or even 2 (not sure).
It adds up and Cyprus is not best option in my case
As it seems only EU Companies makes sense with a Portugal Residency for tax effecincy.
EU Countries with double-tax-treaty are:
Austria
Belgium
Bulgaria
Croatia
Cyprus
Czech Republic
Denmark
Estonia
France
Germany
Greece
Hungary
Ireland, Republic of
Italy
Latvia
Lithuania
Luxembourg
Malta...
For my case Cyprus is not an optimal choice, because of 60 days per year in Cyprus and the company is not taxfree and the running cost + incoprporation cost are more then i would like to spend.
I know that Singapore is a choice that can make sense with a 0% tax for my case + 750-1.5k...
