I need to backdate a contract to 2016 with my company in EU with this offshore company. One possible could be to buy a shelf company what is registarted 2016 but its very expensive and its possible to find out that it was a shelf company what was for sale. I´m hiding from public looks-up only.

I want registrate an offshore company what is totally anonymous, so it should not be possible to find out what data company was established or who is owner or any financial reports. Which alternatives do I have for this and what do you suggest?
