Try a Romania company with a Romania bank account. They are way more liberal over here...

Try opening a private bank account in Serbia. One big downside is SWIFT transactions outside of Serbia...

I was also asked for official proof of residence. Once I had my certificate of Residence in Romania I could provide this and my data has been changed.
