German/ American couple to Spain (or Portugal)

Personally, having evaluated tax schemes in Spain, Portugal, and Italy I've settled on Portugal. The govt. is much more welcoming and forward-thinking. It makes getting things done as foreigner much easier, and will continue to be that way where. Many have commented that Spain's bureaucracy is a...

Portugal Resident + Bulgaria Company and receive dividends

For what it's worth, consultants in Malta have told me appointing director there and having the 'office' is enough. They wouldn't even really know how much of the work you did in Portugal. And since it's dividends, you aren't being paid for completing any work. I'm looking to verify with a pro...

    Tell us about your company!

This is such an interesting portfolio for me. I've really wanted to get into running e-commerce with dropshipping and private labeling, but for some reason, I can't get my head around the launch and initial promotions. Maybe I'm just psyching myself out too much though.... I would love to pick...

seems like a lot of clicking. If only this was actually PASSIVE income. Who would want to put in all of this tedious work?

Good low tax place to live/relocate

I don't think this was clarified, but for those interested, Italy's new tax scheme isn't paying 10% in the south. It's that your first 90% is exempt, paying your tax rate (40-50% or whatever) on the remaining 10%. This is for basically Napoli and south, including Sardinia. In the north, it's...

Do you guys have any passive income business ?

I generally agree. I don't do much with USD as is, so I haven't been as worried about USD rates. It is certainly more risky than other options, but if someone is into the risk, I feel they're one of the better options for that type of 'emerging-market currencies', as was the question, I believe.

Do you guys have any passive income business ?

Georgia has some really good interest rates on CDs. Just make sure you know how you're going to use the money that you get back. This bank, for example, lets you also buy in USD or EUR at lower rates which will be easier to work with (but that maybe defeats the purpose a bit?). With developing...

zero tax Foreign Sourced Income countries

If you like the idea of living in Europe and having the freedom to roam the EU, Portugal is a good option. If you pay yourself in dividends rather than straight income, you'll be taxed at 0% on the foreign income. You kinda just have to figure out at least the part of the world you want to live...

Portugal Resident + Bulgaria Company and receive dividends

I'm not sure if there are answers here, since it's been some time. There seems to be confusion around CFC laws and such. If you live in Portugal and have your company in a country that is Whitelisted, it is not about "what they believe" or "would let you pay less tax". If the system is there...
