Can anyone verify that this host is 100% what it says it is?

It seems that they have some kind of system in place that when you open your online store trough them you're able to start accepting credit card payments intstantly. That's at least what it says on their website. I don't know about the bank thing.

Yea, to my understanding they provide you with a card reader for your smartphone to accept card payments. :) Edit: but um there's one other site that I can think of that handles payments that is payoneer.com but apparently they don't accept direct top up. Maybe it could be of a use to you :)
