When you say it's not illegal to open an offshore account you didn't mentioned that it may be illegal to use the account without to inform your tax office or do you?

Thank you, great share really. May I ask what is it you are looking for at an offshore bank to make sure they an be trusted and that you get your money when you request it? How can you avoid the bank to start a review of your accounts so they will put your money on hold?

Does some know this bank http://bmcebank.ma wonder if they are good and if they may have an English Internet online banking system or if it's only available in French. Do you know how Morocco is for offshore banking good or bad?
