How did you get informed? There is no communication. Never get any response at email.
Is there any person out there, who got the money back opt-in or opt-out?

"The core banking system will stop after June 30, 2023" and the opt-in customers and Qenta are gone and have their fair share. It seems that Qenta was the only one able to push somewhat. Now the opt-outs are the last in line without any communication options (never get an answer to my emails)...
So, when the opt-in is distributed in July, the opt-out clients are on there own. Probably no possibility to become an opt-in client anymore? Quenta seems more reliable to me than the receiver.
