I have both personal and business accounts with Wise and have had very few problems even with 6 figure payments and even one seven-figure payment in GBPs to many different countries. Some very reasonable questions especially on the larger payments with a day or two delay - occasionally a few...
Incorporate in Singapore (no CGT) and pay yourself dividends out of the Capital Gains (no withholding tax) but this would provide you with a legitimate investment income.
This might work depending on where you pay taxes and exactly what you are trying to achieve.
I don't look for problems and generally "stay under the radar" whilst complying with all relevant laws rules and regulations and submitting accurate tax returns and other filings, some of which are subject to audit (and some not)

I have operated this way for several years and all income is correctly filed and audited; I have no problems with ACRA or IRAS or anyone else. As I said before, the setup I recommend works perfectly but do your own research and due diligence

Singapore is somewhat more expensive than Seychelles or BVI but considered much more reputable and legitimate (if that is important to you) and never creates "issues"
