    yeah like what you are doing is lying to the bank/EMI so they open you an account, period. It has nothing to do with taxes, wherever the bank thinks you are is irrelevant to taxes. I mean im confident you will be breaking some laws by just lying to the bank but otherwise no, thats it.

    no, you owe taxes in the country where you actually reside. What you would be doing is tax evasion, which is a crime. you have to personally calculate the risk to reward ratio of this decision and execute accordingly.

    you dont 'actually' reside in that country so theres no grounds for taxation. Youll be reported to that country yes, but you are not a resident there.
