Thailand tax revised again (In draft)

Take a look at this. Thai isdrafting to modify the law again. This time any oversea income includes those not remitting to Thailand also has to be taxed. Any thoughts? https://www.bangkokpost.com/business/general/2860812/law-to-tax-income-from-overseas-in-the-works

Switzerland vs Singapore vs Hong Kong Tax Set up for Foreign income?

I can talk a bit about this. If you have no operation in Singapore. Usually it costs max a couple of thousands USD per year to do audit and hire a local nominee director

Thailand is no longer an option: What else?

To me, putting money in Thailand other than the expense would add risk but less return. There are better markets(higher rr) to invest

The treaty non-resident UK Ltd. - the best-kept offshore secret?

In this way, how one could ensure the control of the fund in the company. For example, to have a big chunk of fund sitting in the broker investing bond, stock etc. Wouldn't there be a chance that the nominees move the fund out of the company?

How Dubai Government will know that I own single person USA LLC ?

But there are other tons of problems that one has to find a US-Friendly jurisdiction, etc. Probably it doesn't worth the hassle but just going with US LLC directly may be a better solution

How Dubai Government will know that I own single person USA LLC ?

Hey Sols. I'm learning. Happened to see this thread. If I (non-us person) own a company in Cayman for example (non-us), and the company holds a bank account in US (assume this is the only bank it holds). Then I would expect the company is subject to no CRS rule and hence not reportable, right?

    Thailand 0% tax

I don't think it will affect FATCA

    Thailand 0% tax

Yes, I don't think personal income tax is a big problem. It's aggregated, and not that bad. The problem is that will the tax department add pressure on offshore coporate income part, given CRS (information exchange), given new rules (attitude to target this)
