I have contacted them via email twice since my card stopped working, they replied about issue and they are working on that, but no ETA.

hmm, not sure... my card is not working since 23rd June, and still waiting to hear news from them.

I have the same problem. They have an issue with the central bank of Lithuania. As they said, they are looking for alternatives.
