Looking for a country to make a high rentability real estate investment

I agree with the responses from the other two OCT members. For the long term, you’re likely looking at returns of around 3%, 3.5%, maybe 4%,or even less if you declare your rental income there. The market is oversupplied, and don’t forget the earthquake that hit Bangkok less than three months...

I'm sorry, but I'm done arguing with you. It's clear that you don't understand the basic distinctions between : LOCAL INCOME / FOREIGN INCOME REMITTED MONEY / REMITTED INCOME / OFFSHORE MONEY-INCOME NOT REMITTED I believe I took the time to explain things clearly. Do your own research.

Thailand to amend tax on foreign income remittance

Read again, please , and make sure to distinguish between remitted MONEY and remitted INCOME. If you are a tax resident in Thailand but have an existing net worth (principal, savings, etc.) that was accumulated before becoming tax resident, then this money can be remitted into Thailand...

Changing residency on Crypto.com from Europe to SE Asia

Then be more specific with your question. It's probably not the same if you're talking about Thailand and Vietnam, or Cambodia and Myanmar..

Thailand Allows Crypto Spending via Credit Card

What’s the point of using a local Thai bank or local exchange just to get one of their “crypto debit cards”? If your crypto gains are realized through a local Thai exchange and you're considered a tax resident, they are generally subject to a 15% capital gains tax. Additionally, by using local...
