I have just spoken with IFZA. They said all is fine. The Visa was approved already yesterday. I just have to wait for the Emirates ID to be printed which should be done today/tomorrow. They also said health insurance wasn't required for the renewal and they haven't set any up.

Who asked for the health insurance? I'm out in Dubai at the moment and in the middle of renewing. The only reason I ask is, I have done the Medical, Residency Issued by IFZA but my Emirates ID application just shows "Approved" but hasn't yet printed. Just trying to work out if this is due to...

I'm sure @Fred will comment here but I think you are misunderstanding... "Free Visa For Life" is that the visa its self is free of charge, i.e. IFZA do not charge you for the Visa. Without the "Free Visa for Life" promotion that was run, it is around 3,750 AED for the visa renewal/4,000 AED...

IFZA Pro delivered my renewal docs to me today here in Dubai. I asked if he had any updates on DLS Group but sadly he didn’t. There’s a real gap in the market here for a provider with great service for sure

I agree completely, it’s not a particularly hard task and IFZA also offer a PRO service. However, the price quoted to me by DLS included the emirates ID and visa renewal process.

Sadly I’ve not heard from Fred/DLS since the renewal a few weeks ago. Thankfully they did renew the licence with IFZA as agreed. Looks like I’ll have to sort the visa renewal myself as I’m not getting any reply on WhatsApp, telegram or email from Dina or Fred

You can use ifza for visa renewal. They also offer pro and emirates id service for renewal

I renewed 2 weeks ago with DLS as they were cheaper than going direct to IFZA for the renewal. All went as planned and received documents etc directly from IFZA. I've messaged Fred a few times about the visa renewal but not heard anything back as of yet (not ideal)

Personally, I don't like having Personal and Business accounts with the same bank. If they close either the Business or Personal account, you run the risk of them doing the same with the other account. I would open a Neobiz account and at least then you have a second option if anything untoward...
