better you talk to a lawyer with experience in setting up the contracts ,agreements etc . I did my stuff in CY with these guys www.first-office.co , my CY Ltd is now active since 2012 without any trouble. With a CY Ltd you can open accounts almost everywhere in the EU.

As a Non US owner of an LLC you are required to file several forms with the IRS e.g. 5472, so authorities are aware that there are foreign owners. Therefore they will check accounts accordingly. The use of an LLC in Germany or Netherlands is not a good choice
We worked with Fidor in germany. Did a lot of crypto with Bitcoin.de (direct api link). Went very well for a couple months then Fidor closed the account without further notice. Customer support is a nightmare.

Hi, VAT is relevant only in EU countries. VAT is charged in your home country on all Invoices etc / No VAT when in a other EU County (reverse Charge) an NO VAT on all other jurusdictions like US,HK etc
