With Singapore, I believe you need to satisfy certain criteria to make sure your business qualifies as offshore, other than simply selling a service offshore and not in Singapore itself. Additional factors such as revenue not being remitted to Singapore, Directors being outside of Singapore...

Wealthsafe would probably be my pick, just because the bloke who runs it puts out a lot of content and is "out there". i.e. not a faceless company. They will also work with your current accountants for implementation.

Registered in HK, large development/finance/sales office in Shanghai and Melbourne. I believe they have other smaller offices in various locations too. Development HQ comes out of Melbourne. A lot of ex-ANZ guys have gone in there.
