Google Adsense requires the company and bank account be in the same country. Can I open a company anywhere and use Transferwise, Payoneer or Bankera as a bank account? Would Google accept it as being in the same country?

So we can get a bank account for Google adsense in almost any country with Transferwise, Payoneer, or Bankera and use it to receive payments?
