I see, you could simply setup a corp in SC or Belize with some Cyprus or Mauritius banking. I have done that for my IM business.

How do you get payments from customers? depending on your answer Belize or Seychelles would be easy for you to get a company.

Why do you want this at all? The security to use a token device is much higher than with your mobile phone!

They are not that new & they don't accept all business models however, they do accept Seychelles corps with real offshore accounts :) If you struggle to get an account with them you can open a Neteller account and get paid and load it with your bitcoins - awesome.

If bitcoin won't accept your offshore company with offshore account directly I would use services like Skrill, Neteller or Bitpay to get your bitcoins exchanged to cool cash and transfered directly into your Cyprus bank account. It works perfect. I just connected my Cyprus account to my Neteller...
