I did not call you a bad guy. But I know Paypal a long time and I know that they sometimes see bad things in working their rules out perfectly as a customer of them. So knowing their rules and taking them for your own sake makes paypal get you under suspect.

Yes, of course you can do that and you can get your paypal account under suspicion by paypal. By the way, moneybookers has fees for transactions. They are lower than the Paypal fees.

If you still have that kind of problems, you should set up you whole windows system on you computer. This way you can exclude almost every spy.

The question is where do you want to shop? Ebay does not allow moneybookers. Did you say, you have no credit card? If you have one, you will have no trouble, if you want to complain or get your money back.
