I think there is CCBILL Europe and CCBILL USA so you need to figure out where your offshore corp belongs to.

IT outsourcing seems to be similar to any other outsourcing of your business or is it different. I mean if you incorporate your business offshore it's the same as you outsource your business activity... or am I confused now :D

Yes that's what I have seen too but it seems that for the Seychelles it's different.. are there any other offshore jurisdiction that has that many suffix?
