I am resident of Dubai and I want to run tax free bvi with emi in lithuania.
Should I pay taxes 9% to Dubai?
How will Dubai know about my bvi company if I use emi for business and personal account?
As far as I understood, it is not only corporate tax free that matters but also personal. I mean if I want to distribute to my self dividend from bvi, that would be subject to personal income tax
Am I correct?
Hope someone can clarify

Yes.

Secrecy is a very risky thing to rely on. Data leaks happen and it's probably just a matter of time until UAE starts being a CRS recipient, since they now have taxes to collect.

And are you sure you want to break the law in a totalitarian regime with no meaningful rule of law and fairness in courts? They won't show you any mercy, unless you're well connected.

That seems to be the route UAE is taking, yes, you would be subject to 9% CIT on your personal income.

Because BVI will tell them about your company there (See below thread).

P.S @Sols is right. In UAE you have to understand the law is applied without mercy. Screw around there at your peril and in worse case you will find yourself eating naan bread of the floor of a UAE prison cell with Indian laborers.

I'd we suppose I am resident of Bvi.
Bvi won't inform UAE about my Bvi company?

So your gonna get residency in BVI then just to avoid UAE knowing about your company? But that could work but its OTT.

how do we know that a nominee director won't be enough?

Because a nominee would be just that..a nominee. The place of management and control would still be in UAE.

this is nonsense. Why you need Dubai if you have residence in BVI?
I want to run both UAE at 9% tax
But bvi at 0%

You must really want to avoid that 9% tax. Are you on Bill Gates level or something? conf/(%
Not at all
I am just looking for complete corporate and personal tax free setup
So if I get residency + company in bvi,
Bvi will not inform UAE about my bvi company
Correct?

If you're resident in BVI running a BVI company, why are you at all worried about UAE?

Maybe you like prison cell roti (I think naan is too luxurious for a UAE prison cell). But if you come from a (mostly or at least more) democratic society, the court system in UAE is going to be a shocking surprise if they decide to make an example out of you or if they just feel like throwing you in jail because they just want your case done with before lunch.

But bvi at 0%
Easy. Don't live in UAE.

It's so clearly disingenuous. You are looking to commit tax evasion in UAE. Anything else you tell yourself is just mental gymnastics.

If you have no exposure to UAE, why even bring it up?

Makes perfect sense
So as long as don't mention it to UAE, there should be no problem
Also as long as i live in bvi, bvi will not inform UAE?

Yes, it is possible to commit tax evasion in UAE. Deception and false statements can be effective tools when committing this crime.

And just like committing tax evasion elsewhere, it's a crime with punishments that are meant to be vastly worse than just paying tax. If you get caught evading taxes in (more) democratic countries, you usually have a fair chance in court and ability to negotiate with the tax authority. In UAE, you might never see the outside of a prison cell again.

Have fun, good luck.
