Our valued sponsor

DLS and Fred MIA

hey Fred hope you're well.

Anyway - weirdly - I just renewed my visa directly with IFZA and the receipt/paperwork still has DLS GROUP written on it, even itemizing your fee.

Just thought you'd have a laugh they got rid of you but still use your funnel completely unedited.

Dubai eh?
Yeah it's horrible - license sellers nothing more.

Anyway I'm happy that you still utilize what we did built you with DLS Dubai and thanks to IFZA a laugh is inclusive.

Hit me up when you are in Dubai and we grab a coffee!

@Fred for some old clients who still have the fzco - do you have some insights into the small business relief application? seems like a good way to at least keep 3M AED per year!
So many different opinions on this and I can't count anymore with how many Accountants I spoke about it - till September 2025 when first Corporate Tax return is due for clients who followed my instructions back then - and did set with a Board Resolution their Company Financial Year as the Calendar Year - no one can tell you if your FZCO get's approved for Small Business Relief or not.

We expect a big mess and while we understand everyone who actually likes the 0% Personal Income Tax Residency you still have in Dubai and that you want to max out what DLS Dubai did Setup for you in the past - you really should consider handling your Business Activities or Crypto Cash Out in a 0% Corporate Tax Environment like we have it now in Panama.

We offer right now to former DLS Dubai Clients the 0% Tax Panama Offshore Company with Hong Kong Business Bank Account and Hong Kong Crypto Exchange Account with a Welcome Gift - see below.

When I see your english and how you articulate - you shouldn't be surprised that I'm not interested in working with you.

DLS Dubai did sent out August 2023 a Business Closure E-Mail to every single client - if you have been a client - you did received the Communication.

At the same Time the Licensing Authority did start to reach out separately to handle Trade License Renewals, Residence Visa Renewals etc.

Technically even your reply doesn't make sense - DLS Dubai Bank Accounts are shut down since more then a year - so even if went blind on all the Communication - your money would have just bounced back.

Nothing to hide - feel free to go more in detail - even here public it's good so others can read it as well.

Cheers.

Hey Fred. Could you DM me or check whatsapp please? It's Alex. I just landed in Dubai to renew my residence visa, expiring in a few days. I just need some guidance. Cheers
Literally did this last week - you need to be quick as IFZA don't like it if runs out. First you need medical insurance - cheap will do. In fact IFZA Life do it for 1000aed. Then with your insurance go get a medical. I used a place in Bur Dubai and it was like 370aed including medical typing. With a "fit" certificate (24hrs unless you pay to expedite) you can then apply to renew your Emirates ID. You can do it on the crappy app or much better online. It takes about 10 minutes and needs a few uploads, photo, passport etc. Then you pay - about 350ish aed. Download your receipt and then go back into account and download the file (ifza needs this). Finally go to ifza or use their Whatsapp and they'll send you a visa form. Fill it in (make sure to get Arabic right for your name - I copied mine from ID form) upload a few documents including your Emirates ID form... And pay them 3800aed.

Job done.

A few days later you'll get your visa, ID will follow few days after that.

It's a faff but nothing too tricky.

You don’t need approvals or insights to claim the Small Business Relief. If your turnover is AED 3 million or less, you’re eligible—period. Simply select the relief option when filing your corporate tax return. There’s also no requirement to submit audited financial statements.

Hello @Fred

I’ve been trying to contact you for the last 3 days. I am similar to other people here, I am a client of yours and to date I haven’t received any communication as you have so boldly stated. Yes we received a statement in 2022, but in 2023 we received this communication from Dina and I received written confirmation from you in Whatsapp and I renewed my licence with you, so I am absolutely amazed to hear you say that you are no longer or have been in business since August 2023. I had already planned to renew my Visa with you and I still haven’t received a reply regarding this. The last email from Dina is in October 2024. No mention of having closed shop.

We are again able to handle your Trade License Renewal with our DLS Dubai Loyalty Discount.

Find attached Renewal Invoice, we can start with License Renewal once we have received Proof of Payment.

Business was paused due to Fred's health which is now back on track again, please verify our Bank Account Details which you should have already on file, nothing has changed.

Kind Regards,

I believe, according to @Fred this is included if you were a client of DLS Dubai.

It was included, key being was.

Fact is businesses stop for whatever reason and when they stop - so do their services.

I needed my visa and it was getting close to expiring so rather than risk trouble I sorted it out myself.

It really wasn't hard.

Cool, thanks. Was the insurance/medical things mandatory? I see it as optional on ICP form for the EID renewal

It's mandatory for all companies to provide basic insurance for their employees at visa renewal I think since January - the IFZA Life policy I used is for a company and then named employees added to this policy. I only have one employee - me - so it was easy. At 1000aed it was best value for coverage level I could find.

You could try going for medical without insurance - what's the worst that can happen...

But 100% you need it for ID and visa renewal.

And 100% you need a medical - just blood test for renewal.

One wild thing (but typically Dubai) that caught me out is even with online application for medical insurance was they wanted the PDFs filled out, then printed, signed in ink and stamped with that rubber company stamp we all needed - then rescanned and sent off. So yeah you need access to a printer and scanner. I popped to carrefour and got one for about 400aed.

No, you don’t need it. Just go to a medical center including typing center and get your blood work. That’s the first step.

They will ask you why you want to do a medical. You tell them “renew my visa/id”. They will tell you that only blood work needs to be done. You pay the amount and you queue in the room for your blood work. It might be very busy. It depends.

Another thing to add, with IFZA you can't just walk into your local Amer Centre and do visa renewal for like 700aed - it has to be through IFZA and their almost 4000 cost. I went to my local Amer and the woman, I could see her clock me, before I opened my mouth said "sorry no freezones". I guess I stood out among the usual Deira crowd

Hi Alex - reaching out today - yesterday was all off here in Dubai and if still required I give you instructions so you can handle tomorrow morning first thing - afterwards happy to catch up for a coffee.

You need to understand the whole situation and that IFZA in this case did cut us off.

Some Promotions and Offerings has been from DLS Dubai and some Promotions and Offerings are IFZA handled as well.

Services like PRO, Pick Up and Drop Service back then has been provided from DLS Dubai and as Part of our Business we have been happy to provide this ongoing as well as we could perform the Trade License Renewal and Residence Visa Renewal for you as well.

All channels for DLS Dubai from IFZA side are blocked - that's why their is no response as their is nothing what we can do even if we want to - my new Contact Details are here all over the forum available and case by case I can provide feedback obviously.

Yes I understand their is confusion because we did sent out a Newsletter that we are back in Business and this was indeed the case for almost 2 Months till the IFZA CEO figured it out and decided to cut us off unless we fulfill requirements which wouldn't have made any sense business wise and I did risk my health already back then with DLS Dubai - I have to put my Personal Health on the first place even when this means that some DLS Dubai client don't receive the same level of service directly from IFZA even when they charge you more for providing not close the service which DLS Dubai did in the past.

That's all correct and yes I confirm back then DLS Dubai Clients received this Free of Charge from us.

Generally speaking DLS Dubai clients have to accept that they receive way less services for higher fees from IFZA because IFZA as the Licensing Authority did cut off DLS Dubai.

I go ahead with the Services DLS Offshore is providing and learned from the past - will do better in future when it comes to choosing with which Business Partners to work with.

Still I hope that no DLS Dubai Client takes this Personal and does understand that no one is working for free - case by case I can still give feedback and information Free of Charge here in the Forum or via PM - that's what I basically do since Day 1 here and now since almost 6 Years here in the Forum already anyway.

@Fred I see little empathy with clients from your side. And to be laughing about one of your clients English isn’t exactly taking the matter seriously. On the clients defence, your english isn’t exactly great, either. So I suggest you take this a little bit more seriously than requesting that clients try to comprehend your situation. Some clients most probably haven’t even had the luck as I have to have found this forum. Personally I don’t think you have been at all professional and continue to do this, with many of your customers. You haven't even taken the liberty to even say sorry for the absolute mess and troubles you’ve caused to a lot of us. Just blame IFZA, that’s the easiest route I guess.
You think because you were able to make some of your high value customers (especially in this forum) happy that makes you exempt from the other clients that continue finding this forum by chance and trying to contact you. You haven’t even left a big bold message on your website telling customers you’ve closed down. Does it hurt your ego too much. You haven’t even taken the liberty to talk to clients privetely. That shows exactly the level of care you have for clients. Sorry mate, I can’t voucher for you one bit. Hope you do things better with your new setup, whiles your customers find a way to pick up the pieces, how ever they can.

Hi @Roperfugal ,

I worked myself almost to death before closing the Business of DLS Dubai back in 2023 with a Proper Newsletter from both sides DLS Dubai and each Licensing Authority like IFZA.

I can't provide after sales for a Business closed almost 2 Years ago.

You don't understand the whole situation as it appears to me - of course I have to blame a Licensing Authority for cutting me off entirely as this is the key point about why I'm not able to serve you - I can't spend hours over hours of my life and working for free forever - this doesn't make any sense.

I'm sure their are couple of clients who haven't noticed DLS Dubai did shut down and due to misleading Coordination with IFZA Authority a so planned re-launch failed.

Every client should be thankful that I haven't sold the Business to other Corporate Service Provider and with it every single clients Personal Details - I want to have at all time a clean and and trustworthy image.

I totally understand that some clients looking desperate for a Service like what DLS Dubai did provide to it's clients back then as it's hard to find in Dubai however I can't change a an entire Country is run and can only learn from the past and provide with DLS Offshore excellent services again with different Jurisdictions and Partners.

At the end I can't do it right for everyone but the majority of clients are of the kind like @Au999 and understand my point entirely - no one got ripped off or left alone - it's just no longer so convenient dealing directly with Monkeys in Authorities rather then with the DLS Dubai Team.
